writing in a diary is quite strange for Anne Frank because she had/have never written anything like this in a diary.

1. IT IS USED IN PRESENT PERFECT TENSE,WITH PLURAL SUBJECTS.
EXAMPLE - THEY HAVE WON.
2. IT IS USED IN PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS TENSE ALONG WITH PLURAL SUBJECT AND BEEN.
EXAMPLE - THEY HAVE BEEN RUNNING FOR 3 HOURS.
