Writing of diary for English practice is good or bad??​

Yeah it's absolutely a good thing. It stores our long time memories.It has many advantages. We must write whatever the mistakes we do and the good deeds what we do . By writing mistakes we can rectify our mistakes and by writing our good deeds it helps to improve such attitude.But whatever the thing is we must not regret to write due to fear that someone will know about us.Each and every thing must be entried. Mainly it must be a secret task.It also improves our skill in English grammar.
