the perrfect mangos were picked for this process.remove the rotten ones among the other things . wash them well before cutting them into pieces.adding correct amount of spices , salt, mustard oil and chilly.mix them well with your hand transfer this into a flat container.place this under the sunlight for a few days . make sure that after mixing u must not use your hands after expose this to the sunlight .u can transfer to a glass jar after this process.
