Sir,

      [ Though the columns of your esteemed daily, I want to draw your attention to the above-said topic.]

    As said previously, there is disposal of wastes without being checked and untreated into the rivers. This disposal has been continuing for a long time and this has caused in the decrease in the aquatic life in that river. People living in that area have stopped using the river water for their day-to-day uses. This river used to have one of the cleanest water in our area. But now, it is so much polluted that it's water can't even be used for drinking without chemical treatment. We have to become aware about the nature around us before it's too late for us to realise. Hence, people should be more aware about these matters. They shouldn't dispose any garbage into the rivers. Chlorine treatment and other chemical treatments should be done for the river to make it like it was before.

      At last, I would say that a small contribution from our part towards our nature today, can help in bringing a big change tomorrow.
