--- Corona and We ---
Things were just moving smoothly,
the students had just started to enjoy their lives,
the birds were chirping happily,
and the bees building their beehives.
--
Suddenly suddenly a black cloud came,
which made the world dull and doom,
some said it was just a mere game,
But the cloud bursted with a BOOM!
Out came thousands - millions of microbes,
Novel Coronavirus was it's name,
had killed everyone's small and large hopes,
some predicted this and SARS were same!
It started spreading like a lava,
when it bursts from a volcano,
it's surface as of a clava,
And the spreading rate as fast as sneeze from oregano!
--
People were told not to come out,
took masks to cover their nose and mouth,
to prevent the spread of the disease,
but they were now down to their knees!
Doctors, policemen, social workers are in the battle,
to cure the people with condition fatal,
to make the world as it was,
but now corona was imposing it's laws.
--
Today we've controlled it to some height,
we tried it with all our might,
but still it would take the world to recover,
to get back the shield of all mighty cover!
So let us pray to lord above all,
to give us strength for fighting this situation,
bless the corona warriors rather than opening shopping malls,
and make people aware about mask and sanitization.
--
Whatever the condition be, we shouldn't lose hope,
wash your hands regularly with soap.
If we want to lose corona forever,
everyone needs to contribute together!
the prayer starts
To our brothers and sisters who have contracted
and are suffering due to the Coronavirus Disease,
we pray that God’s healing hand may rest upon you.
To medical doctors, nurses and the supporting staff
who are in the frontline of the fight against COVID-19,
may the Good Lord sustain you and inspire you
to render your life-saving services with due care, love and compassion.
To all those who have lost their loved ones due to the Coronavirus outbreak,
