Writing stories from different perspectives:
The picture above shows some of the stages of
indigo farming. Study it carefully, and then write two
different short stories from the point of view of the
people in the pictures,
Story 1: Imagine you are one of the peasants
working in the field. You could mention what you
were feeling (how hot the Sun is and how hungry
you are how difficult the work is, whether the British
plantation owner is kind, or oppressive, etc.)
Story 2: Imagine you are the British owner of the
indigo plantation, supervising the work of the Indian
