Population is now days increasing day by day. India is second most populated country in the world. There are many reasons of overpopulation - because of better medical facilities there is reduction of death rate, because of that birth rate is increasing. Poverty is also a reason of overpopulation. As with increase in poverty overpopulation too increases. Overpopulation has many harmful effects like raised demands of production of products, reduced rate of production of goods.
people do not get employment as a result of overpopulation. overpopulation also makes the economy of our country poor.
People should be made aware about the harmful effects of overpopulation. Government should try to make policies and schemes to reduce overpopulation.
