Answer:

Humility can be defined as the feeling of not considering yourself superior. From knowledge comes, humility, from humility comes mindfulness. Humility delves a person into kindness, generosity and the virtue of charity. Humility teaches a person to not consider yourself superior, which makes the person compassionate towards other human beings and not prejudice or hate them. it also makes a person keep going with full stamina and enthusiasm in his life, and to keep learning, no matter how intelligent you are. Humility also keeps a person away from vices and happy all the times. Studies show that happy people are the one who can handle things better and manage stress better. However, a person must not consider himself/herself inferior to anyone, which may result in lack of confidence..

Hope it helps you

We have a problem in the modern world. There is an epidemic approaching one opinionated or offended response at a time. I think I know why.

You are required to hold fast to one or the other, and not change your mind. Changing your mind is weak, sitting on the fence is weak-minded. If someone challenges your opinion with credible evidence and valid argument, shame starts to rise in you and you get defensive.

This needs to stop, it is caustic and inflammatory, we need to increase our mental flexibility. We need more humility.
