Respected sir,

Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper , I wish to highlight the rampart wastage of water in Ram Nagar Colony. The Municipal Body has made all the necessary conditions in our colony like public drinking water spots but they were not made of good quality which had lead to their leakage .

Also , the people who go there to drink the water leave the taps open . There , the leaked water goes on the road which is not cleaned by anyone which leads to breeding of mosquitos in that water . Many diseases like Jaundice , Cholera and Typhoid are also spreading in our area due to that stagnant water .

The government should take several steps to maintain those spots by enrolling plumbers who can maintain those taps and leakage .

Public should also refrain themselves from leaving the taps open and teach the young children also to not to do so . This will be very good noticing the water shortage in our country . We should not take our blessings for granted .

Kindly highlight this report and publish it in your news paper with solution like- the government should enroll some plumber who regularly maintained the tabs. Using of water tanks alarm, maintenance of pipes and taps, using the rain water harvesting technique, reusing of water, etc.
