Mango is correctly termed the “king of all fruits” as people enjoy eating it all over the world. Ripe mangoes are soft and pulpy, and they taste sweet. They are very juicy and refreshing. On the other hand, the unripe mangoes are hard and have a sour taste. It is generally used for making pickles in India.

Mangoes have health benefits too, and they are suitable for our health as they are a rich source of vitamins and minerals. It also contains fibers, which makes bowel movement smooth.

The fruit is grown in different states of India, out of which, Uttar Pradesh is the largest producer of mangoes. The main variety of mangoes cultivated in the country are Amrapali, GulabKhas, Langra, Alphanso, etc.
