development means improvement in some aspect or in a person's life.the word development changes within individuals accordingly to their status.suppose a person holding agricultural land feels to get a farmer who can work for low wages. in his point of view he developes in that case. similarly a farmer feels to get more wage. do that his economic status improves. in his point of view he developes.
