Sir,

With great regret I wish to inform you that you have sent me the wrong book against the order placed to you. On 21st April I had placed an order of fifteen books as per the book list of Class IX .  You have sent the first fourteen books correctly but the fifteenth book is a mismatch.  Instead of the text book of Julius Caesar you have sent an Accountancy book. Since our on line classes have begun I am facing a lot of problems. At other times I could have shared with my class mates, but due to the ongoing lock down and consequent Virtual classes there are no such options. Kindly replace my book at the earliest possible. The Invoice number of my order number is A/1234, dated 25.05.20.
