Isotope separation is the processof concentrating specificisotopes of a chemical element by removing other isotopes. The use of the nuclides produced is various. The largest variety is used in research (e.g. in chemistry where atoms of "marker" nuclide are used to figure out reaction mechanisms).

sanjuray1997: thermodynamic. isontropic. process?
jaishhhhhhree: In thermodynamics, an isentropic process is an idealizedthermodynamic process that is both adiabatic and reversible. The work transfers of the system are frictionless, and there is no transfer of heat or matter.

isotops: atoms of same element having same atomic number but diffirent atomic mass or mass number is called isotopes.
Isotopes of an element have same number of protons but number of neutrons is different.
