the result of usage of chemical fertilizer and using of hyv seed increase the production of grain in our country now it's easy for farmer to get more outcome from there fields that lead to increase in economy of our country this is known as green revolution bt the opposite effect that this cause degradation in soil fertility and makes the phosphate layer and kills all the microorganisms which are good for soil

The usage of chemical fertilizers and HYV seeds led to rapid improvement in productivity ans production of crops in many parts of India.
it also leads to degradation of environment and increase in acidic nature of soil.
The fertilizers get washed from the fields and are deposited in nearest water body.It causes algal bloom and many aquatic organisms die due to lack of dissolved oxygen
