Wt prblms to you see in education system &how you suggest to rectify

when all words are given in a school for or purchase completing filesand making future projects and when children just do that work and submit to the teacher after a year later all files are found near by garbage bags or in dustbin. this is our education system which don't realise the hard work of a child
