Blood is a connecting tissue. It's functions include transporting sugars/oxygen/glucose to all parts of the body and carrying the waste materials like CO2 back to their respective disposing organs like the lungs or kidneys. The blood has RBCs, which carry Hemoglobin and WBCs which help in the immunity of a person
