GM!!!

WE KNOW THAT WHEN METAL CARBONATE OR METAL HYDROCARBONATE IS HEATED THE END PRODUCTS ARE SALT ,WATER AND CARBON DIOXIDE .

SO WHEN NAHCO3 IS HEATED ,THE END PRODUCTS ARE NA2CO3(SODIUM BICARBONATE) ,WATER AND CARBON DIOXIDE.

2NAHCO3------>NA2CO3+H2O+CO2

HOPE IT HELPS U✌️✌️

HAVE A NICE DAY ◉‿◉

Answer:

Equation : 2NaHCO₃ ====Δ===⇒ Na₂CO₃ + CO₂ + H₂O

On heating, Sodium Bicarbonate or Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate gives Sodium Carbonate, Water and Carbon Dioxide Gas.

If we add 10 molecules of water to Sodium Carbonate, we get Washing soda.

Na₂CO₃ + 10H₂O =====⇒ Na₂CO₃.10H₂O
