Patriotism, the determination for owning our country, the spirit to stand and face all odds to liberate country, the love and emotion for motherland, everything has lost after independence.
Friends , there is a need to review patriotism.
We are living now in an era of globalisation of market and so also of culture; to stand steadily in such a world we need to first recognise ourselves, our precious culture, tradition and be united, original and innovative. India is full of traditional resources, but rarely any action is taken to develop these and market wisely. We celebrate Gandhi Jayanti, but essence of his Swadeshi Movement is neither understood nor replicated by Indian policy makers, bureaucrats or businessmen. We are not able to bring out our originality and deploy those exhaustively to influence market. An intense and loving search of India only can save us from being exploited by richer countries in an unequal trade relation and inspire us to spread our influence in the global market so also in global society.
We have secured freedom, but still now we have utilised freedom to a small extent only. We are not investing to unify our country. Neither we have deployed our originality, while India has a traditional treasury in philosophy, education, medicine, astronomy, astrology, numerical, life-style, life management, fine arts, music and dance and even administration almost everything which is essential for a nation to develop in its own way. But our leaders or governments never have realised it neither formed a policy to utilise these treasures in a contemporary way.
So we can review patriotism by creating awareness among people.Patriotism is not doubt useful in the interest of the country and the nation. The nation is strongly built upon the sacrifice of the patriots. The patriots give their money, time, energy and life for the good of the country. A patriot think of his country. He wants that his country should be great and prosperous. He wants that his country should be ideal in every field. It makes the people to think of their own country.
So there is a need to review patriotism .
