A policeman and his sniffer dog are trying to locate a boy - who is missing - and was last seen at the edge of a forest.
It can start with boy presumed dead - but as the story unfolds policeman may find out that the boy is an adolescent criminal - who is just hiding away.
As the dog and policeman try to locate the boy - he continues to evade them. We can have a backstory of the cop - when he had done something similar in younger days. Something eerily similar.
Eventually we finds out - he has been hallucinating all this while. He isn't really a cop - and is just coping up with some sort of childhood trauma. He is living in that forest - since the day he has run away
