Project method of teaching has evolved from the philosophy of programatists. It is experience-centered strategy related to life-situation.
AdvantagesIt helps in developing social norms and social values among the learners.It provides invaluable opportunities for correlation of various elements of the subject matter and for transfer of training or learning.It helps in growing knowledge very effectively as a results of their close cooperation on social participation in the spirit of democracy.DisadvantagesThe project cannot be planned for all subjects and whole subject matter cannot be taught by this strategy.It is not economical from the point of view of time and cost.It is very difficult for a teacher to plan or to execute the projects to the learners and supervise them.

PROJECT METHOD
this is just but one of the teaching methods and in this case . a project method is a teaching method where the teacher gives a project such that pupils engage in one topic usually a practical topic and they do the practical for maybe a week before they embark on another method .this method is used in some countries especial the developed countries
the advantage is that pupils get practical aspects of the subject rather than just simply the theory part of the subject
another advantage is that the pupil gets to understand better than just when they studied the concept in class
