use Raults law's related to solution
( P° - P)/P° = mole fraction of urea
where P° is the vapour pressure of water initially and P is the vapour pressure of solution .
( 17 - P)/17 = 2/60/( 2/60 + 18/60)
(17 - P)/17 = 1/30/(20/60) = 1/10
170 -10P = 17
170-17 = 10P
P = 153/10 = 15.3 mm Hg
