THE CELL ORGANELLES ARE BOUND WITH MEMBRANE TO KEEP THEIR INTERNAL FLUIDS SEPARATE FROM THE CYTOPLASM.

The same reason why you pack things to keep their contents safe.

Organelles are membrane bound so that they are separated from the cytoplasm and their contents are not free floating in the cytoplasm.

DJshirsath: Membrane-bound organelles are surrounded by a plasma membrane to keep their internal fluids separate from the cytoplasm of the rest of the cell. Non-membrane bound organelles are more solid structures that are not fluid-filled, so they have no need for a membrane.
