Let the salary of each employee = x

Decreased salary of 30% is 90% of x = 0.9x/Person

Decreased salary of remaining 20 employees = 0.95x/Person

Decreased in salary = 30× 0.9x + 20 × 0.95x = 46x

Decrease in salary = 50x - 46x = 4x

Percentage decrease in salary = (4x/50x) × 100 = 8%

Hence, The answer is option (4) 8%
