SUBLIMATION

the process of conversion of solid to gas or vice versa without going through liquid state is called sublimation.

DEPOSITION

In terms of chemistry, deposition means conversion of vapour to solid without going through the liquid state. It's just sublimation but specifically for gas to solid.

LATENT HEAT

Latent heat is the heat energy absorbed during the change of state of matter to overcome the forces of attraction. It is also called hidden heat

1. Sublimation : it is the process in which solid directly change into it's vapour and vapour change into solid by cooling .

2. Deposition: the process of depositing a thin layer of substance over another substance to make it durable.

3. Latent heat: The heat is required to change 1 kg of solid/liquid to 1kg of liquid / gas respectively is called Latent heat.

it has two type 1: latent heat of fusion .

2. latent heat of vapourization.
