\huge\underline{\underline{\red{\mathfrak{solution:}}}}

\bigstar 20 kmph

Explanation:

AB = 60 km

Ram's speed = x kmph

Shyam's speed = y kmph

Case I,

 \tt{ \frac{60}{x}− \frac{60}{y} = 1 ––––– (i)}

Case II,

 \tt{ \frac{60}{y}− \frac{60}{2x} = 3060 = 12 ––––– (ii)}

On adding equations (i) and (ii).

 :  \implies \tt{ \frac{60}{x}− \frac{60}{2x} = 1+12}

:  \implies \tt{ \frac{60}{x}− \frac{30}{x }= 32}

 :  \implies \tt {\frac{ 60−30}{x }= 32}

:  \implies \tt { 3x = 30 × 2 }

 :  \implies \tt x = 30×23 = 20 kmph
