Solution :-

Given that ,

The Values of x and y are 1 and (-2) Respectively...

To Find the Value of \bold {x^2 - y^2}.

Substituting the Values of x and y in the Expression, we get -

\bold {x^2 - y^2} \implies (1)^2 - (-2)^2 \implies 1 - 4\\\\= \bold {(-3)}

∴ The Value of \bold {x^2 - y^2} is (-3)...
