SOLUTION:

USING FACTOR THEOREM,

 \\  \\  \\  =  \frac{( \:  {x}^{2}  - 11x + 10 \:  )}{( \: x - 1 \: )}  \\  \\  \\  = (x - 10) \\  \\  \\ hence \:  \: (x - 10) \: \:  is \:  \: also \:  \: a \:  \: factor  \\  \\ of \:  \: ( \:  {x}^{2}  - 11x + 10 \: ) \\  \\  \\
