Answer:

(x+1)(x+2)=(x+11)(x-2)

x^2+x+2x+2=x^2+11x-2x-22

x^2+3x+2=x^2+9x-22

3x+2=9x-22

3x-9x=-22-2

-6x=-24

x=4

 \tt (x+1)(x+2)=(x+11)(x-2)

 \tt {x}^{2}  + 3x + 2 = (x+11)(x-2)

 \tt{x}^{2}  + 3x + 2 = {x}^{2}  + 9x - 22

 \tt{x}^{2}  + 3x + 2  - ( {x}^{2}  + 9x - 22) = 0

 \tt - 6x + 24 = 0

 \tt - 6x + 24 - 24 = 0 - 24

 \tt - 6x =  - 24

 \tt \frac{ - 6x}{ - 6}  =   \frac{ - 24}{ - 6}  \\

 \tt \: x = 4
