\left(x-1\right)\left(x+6\right)-\left(x-2\right)\left(x-3\right)=3

=x^2+5x-6-\left(x-2\right)\left(x-3\right)=3

=x^2+5x-6-x^2+5x-6=3

=10x-12=3

=10x-12+12=3+12

=10x=15

x=\dfrac{3}{2}
