Answer:

\frac{ {x}^{2} + 1}{ {x}^{2} }  = 14 \\ or 1 +   \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  = 14 \\or  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  = 13 \\ or \frac{1}{13}  =  {x}^{2}  \\ or \: x =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{13} }

After that, substitute value of x with second expression

 ({ \frac{1}{ \sqrt{13} }) }^{2}  +   \frac{1}{( \frac{1}{ \sqrt{13} } )} \\  = \:  \frac{1}{13}  +   \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{13} }  \\  =  \frac{1}{13}  +  \frac{1}{13}  \\  =  \frac{2}{13}
