\bigstar Given :

\bf{x^2+\dfrac{1}{x^2}=18}

\bigstar To Find :

\bf{x^4+\dfrac{1}{x^4}=?}

\bigstar Formula :

\bf{(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab}

\bigstar Solution :

\bf{x^2+\dfrac{1}{x^2}=18}

Now squaring of both sides , we get ,

\bf{(x^2+\dfrac{1}{x^2})^2=18^2}\\\\\implies \bf{[x^2]^2+[\dfrac{1}{x^2}]^2+2.x^2.\dfrac{1}{x^2}=324}\\\\\implies \bf{x^4+\dfrac{1}{x^4}+2=324}\\\\\implies \bf{x^4+\dfrac{1}{x^4}=322}
