please give me Brainliset answer

Step-by-step explanation:

ax^2 + bx +c = 0

Then roots of above equation are

x=(-b + √(b^2 - 4ac))/(2a)

x= (-b - √(b^2 - 4ac))/(2a)

Compare given equation with general quadratic equation the we get following

2x^2 - 2√2 x-6 = 0

a=2

b=-2√2

c=-6

Roots are

x = {-(-2√2) + √((-2√2)^2 - 4(2)(-6))}/{2(2)}

x = (√14 + √2)/2

And

x = {-(-2√2) - √((-2√2)^2 - 4(2)(-6))}/{2(2)}

x = (√2 - √14)/2

Therefore the roots of given quadratic equation are (√14 + √2)/2 , (√2 - √14)/2
