According to the question

\frac{x}{2}+\frac{2y}{3}=-1  \frac{x}{3}+\frac{y}{2}=\frac{13}{6}

\frac{3x+4y}{6}=-6   \frac{2x-3y}{6}=\frac{13}{6}

3x+4y=-36 ......(1)

2x-3y=13 ......(2)

Solve both equations

3x+4y=-36\times 3

2x-3y=13\times 4

9x+12y=108

8x-12y=52

17x=160

x=9.41

put x value in equation (1)

9\times 9.41+12y=108

84.69+12y= 108

12y=23.31

y=1.9425
