here Lcm
(3x+4y)/6=-1
3x+4y=-6-------eq-1
x-y/3=3
(3x-y)=9-------eq-2
now eq 1 & eq 2 add
3x+4y=-6
3x-y= 9

0+5y=-15
------------
y = 15/5
y=3
now y value submitt in eq 1
3x+4×(-3)=-6
3x-12=-6
3x=-6+12
x=6/3
x=2
