Solution :

 \frac{x}{2}  +  \frac{3}{2}  =  \frac{2x}{5}  - 1 \\ 5x + 15 = 4x - 10 \\ 5x - 4x =  - 10 - 15 \\ x =  - 25

Hence, the solution to this question is - 25
