 {x}^{2}   -  \sqrt{3} x + 2x + 2 \sqrt{3 }  = 0

x(x -  \sqrt{3} ) - 2(x -  \sqrt{3} ) = 0

(x -  \sqrt{3} )(x - 2) = 0

either  \: x -  \sqrt{3}  = 0

x =  \sqrt{3}

or \:  \:x - 2 =  0

x = 2
