x²( x²-2x + 3)

= substituting x = 2/3

= (2/3)²((2/3)²- (2*2/3)+3)

= 4/9 (4/9 - (4/3) + 3)

= 4/9 (4 - 12 + 27 / 9)

(4/9) * ( 19/9)

= 76/81

= 0.93 approx.
