Hey friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:

(x +  \frac{2}{3} )^{3}
we know that
 {(a + b)}^{3}  =  {a}^{3}  +  {b}^{3}  + 3ab(a + b)
So,
 {(x)}^{3}  +  {( \frac{2}{3}) }^{3}  + 3 \times x \times  \frac{2}{3} (x +  \frac{2}{3} ) \\  \\  =  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{8}{27}  +  \frac{6x}{3} (x +  \frac{2}{3} ) \\  \\  =  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{8}{27}  + 2x \times x + 2x \times  \frac{2}{3}  \\  \\  =  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{8}{27}  +  {2x}^{2}  +  \frac{4x}{3}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ {x}^{3}  \times 27 + 8 \times 1 +  {2x}^{2} \times 27 + 4x \times 9 }{27}  \\  \\  =  \frac{27 {x}^{3} + 8 +  {54x}^{2} + 36  }{27}  \\  \\
Hope this helps!!!
