Heres your answer---------

 \frac{x}{2} + \frac{3}{4} = \frac{x}{4} + \frac{x}{6} \\ \\ \frac{x}{2} - \frac{x}{4} - \frac{x}{6} = - \frac{3}{4} \\ \\ \frac{6x - 3x - 2x}{12} = - \frac{3}{4} \\ \\ \frac{3x - 2x}{12} = \frac{ - 3}{4} \\ \\ \frac{1x}{12} = \frac{ - 3}{12} \\
by \: cross \: multiplication \\ \\ 12x = - 36 \\ \\ x = \frac{ - 36}{12} = - 3 \: ans

Hope it Helps !!
