$➾ \frac{5x + 10 + 3 - x}{15 - 5x} = \frac{x - 3}{3}$

$➾3(4x + 13) = (x - 3)(15 - 5x)$

$➾12x + 39 = x(15 - 5x) - 3(15 - 5x)$

$➾12x + 39 = 15x - 5 {x}^{2} - 45 + 15x$

$➾30x - 12x - 5 {x}^{2} - 45 - 39$
