Answer:

Question

x +  \frac{2}{3}  - x +  \frac{1}{5}  = x -  \frac{3}{4}  - 1

As in this situation we see in the left hand side there are 2 x subtracting each other so we can remove it and the equation will be like this

 =  >  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{1}{5}  = x -  \frac{3}{4}  - 1

Note-For solving it easily I am bringing the R.H.S to L.H.S and L.H.S to R.H.S but that doesn't matter

 =  > x -  \frac{3}{4}  - 1 =  \frac{2}{3} +  \frac{1}{5}

 =  > x -  \frac{3}{4}  - 1 =  \frac{10}{15} +  \frac{3}{15}

 =  > x -  \frac{3}{4}  -  \frac{4}{4}  =    \frac{13}{15}

 =  > x -  \frac{ - 1}{ \: 4}  =  \frac{13}{15}

Now the l.c.m of 15 and 4 is 60 so therefore the equation will be

 =  > x =  \frac{52}{60}  +  \frac{ - 15}{60}

 =  > x =  \frac{37}{60}

Hope it helps you and sorry for doing late because I am not a fast typer!!
