{\Huge{\red{\boxed{\green{\boxed{\blue{\boxed{\orange{\boxed{\pink{\boxed{\mathcal\purple{Solution}}}}}}}}}}}}}

 {x}^{2}  + 3x + 2 =  {(x - 2)}^{2}  \\  =  >  {x}^{2}  + 3x + 2 =  {x}^{2}  - 4x + 4 \\  =  >  {x}^{2}  -  {x}^{2}  + 3x + 4x + 2 - 4 = 0 \\  =  > 7x - 2 = 0

As we can see x^2+3x+2=(x-2)^2 equation can not form ideal form of quadratic equation which is ax²+bx+c=0 , a ≠0 .

So, x^2+3x+2=(x-2)^2 is not a quadratic equation .
