x^2+3x-2x-6

x^2+x-6---------by quadratic formula

x=-b+/-√b^2-4act/2a

x=-1+/-√(1)^2-4(1)(-6)/2(1)

x=-1+/-√1+24/2

x=-1+/-5/2

x=-1+5/2. or x=-1-5/2

x=4/2. x=-4/2

x=2 @nd x=-2.
