jolly13: let,x^2-3x=a. so equation will became a^2-a-20.=a^2-5a+4a-20.a(a-5)+4(a-5)=(a-5)(a+4).now putting value of a the answer (x^2-3x-5)(x^2-3x+4) we get ok.
