x -  \frac{2}{4}  +  \frac{1}{3}  = x - 2x -  \frac{1}{3}

 =  > x -  \frac{6 + 4}{12}  =  - 3x -  \frac{1}{3}

 =  > x -  \frac{10}{12}  =  - 3x -  \frac{1}{3}

 =  > x + 3x =  -  \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{10}{12}

 =  >4x =  -  \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{5}{6}

 =  > 4x =  \frac{( - 1 \times 2) + (5 \times 1)}{6}

 =  > 4x =  \frac{ - 2 + 5}{6}

 =  > 4x =  \frac{3}{6}

 =  > 4x =  \frac{1}{2}

 =  > x =  \frac{1}{2} \div  \frac{4}{1}

 =  > x =  \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{1}{4}
