Quickly taking literals on one side and numeric coefficients on the other , we get the formation of the following equation:
 \frac{x}{2} + \frac{x}{5} + \frac{3x}{10}= \frac{1}{5} + \frac{4}{5}

 \frac{5x+2x+x}{10} =  \frac{1+4}{5}

 \frac{8x}{10}= \frac{5}{5}

 \frac{4x}{5} =1

x= \frac{5}{4}

Ans:x= \frac{5}{4}
