Given x^2 + 4y^2 = 4xy can be written as

         x^2 + 4y^2 - 4xy = 0

        (x - 2y)^2 = 0

        x - 2y = 0

        x = 2y

       x/y = 2/1

The value of x = 2 and the value of y = 1.

Hope this helps!
