Step-by-step explanation:

 \implies \:  {x}^{2}  - 5x + 6  = 0\\ \implies \:  {x}^{2}  - 3x - 2x + 6 = 0 \\ \implies \: x(x - 3) - 2(x - 3) = 0 \\ \implies(x - 3)(x - 2) = 0 \\  \\ \implies \: x - 3 = 0 \\ \implies \: x = 3 \\  \\ \implies \: x - 2 = 0 \\ \implies \: x = 2

Hence ,

x = 2 , 3

 {x}^{2}  - 5x + 6

 =  >  {x}^{2}  - (3 + 2)x + 6

 =  >  {x}^{2}  - 3 x- 2 x+ 6

 =  > x(x - 3) - 2( x- 3)

 =  > (x - 3)(x - 2)

therefore \: factors \:  = (x - 3)(x - 2)
