so,
| x + 4 | > 0 for all real value of x , but
x ≠ -4
so, ( x² +6x -7) < 0
( x² +7x -x -7) < 0
( x +7)(x -1) < 0
use wave curve method,
then,
x € ( -7, 1)
but x ≠ -4
so, answer is x € ( -7, -4)U ( -4, 1)
so,
