ans----------
- x^2+(a+1)x+b
- alpha+beta= -(a+1)/1
- put the value of alpha and beta
- -a-1=2-3
- a= -1+2-3=-2
- therefore a =-2
- alpha×beta=b/1=b
- put the value of alpha and beta
- b=2×(-3)=-6
- ans----------> a=-2,b=-6
