ans----------

  1. x^2+(a+1)x+b
  2. alpha+beta= -(a+1)/1
  3. put the value of alpha and beta
  4. -a-1=2-3
  5. a= -1+2-3=-2
  6. therefore a =-2
  7. alpha×beta=b/1=b
  8. put the value of alpha and beta
  9. b=2×(-3)=-6
  10. ans----------> a=-2,b=-6
